Check out the 32nd Fungal Genetics Conference website for details on the upcoming conference, to be held March 12–17, 2024, Asilomar Conference Grounds, Pacific Grove, California. The abstract submission and registration sites will open October 27 and November 3, respectively.
GSA’s Conference Childcare Committee works to support
parent scientists and others with caregiving responsibilities as they attend scientific conferences. New committee members are needed to serve through 2024; they will be tasked with fundraising efforts and reviewing Child- and Dependent Care Grant applications ahead of #TAGC24. The committee is led by Co-Chairs Thomas Merritt (Laurentian University) and Rhea Datta (Hamilton College). If you are interested, can commit to monthly meetings, and are able to spend one to three hours a week over the next five months on fundraising, please send an email to conferencechildcare@genetics-gsa.org by September 25. » genetics-gsa.org
